I use Netbilling and I have found them to be the most helpful and reliable service I have ever used for billing. Their stats and admin area is helpful and eaasy to use. And their customer support is quick, polite and gets the job done effectively and on time. I would highly recommend Netbilling to everyone.

It was knocked...

I was all set to get a merchant account with them.. I sent them the 2 thousand dollar check and then they told me their bank isnt accepting anymore high risk accounts. I dunno if it's bull or what, but I was assured it was true by a merchant account specialist. In any case it pissed me off royally. They returned my check though. Still, I was "assured" i would get one and all i got was a dirty sanchez.
cheers

DukeSkywalker,

It was Cardservice that backed out of adult. Netbilling provided all merchants who had apps at Cardservice with complete refunds. We have a new solution coming up shortly. We are setting up mainstream accounts, retail and adult products same day typically. I will post as soon as the new solution is in place. We have about 200 new merchants waiting.

Thank you, Mitch Farber

p.s. We are also processing checks and providing call center services at the lowest rates in the industry for ALL merchant types. Contact us for more information.

I can tell you that that is not bull. I knew about CardService wanting to pull out of adult back in November.

I can get you setup for a adult merchant account with a $1,500 setup fee. Either fill out the form at
http://paywide.com/cgi-bin/merchantaccount.cgi
or send me a email

I'm starting to think Mitch has a pager alert system that lets him know when there is an issue posted that could involve merchant accounts. He just replies so damn fast.

Maybe he's omnipresent?

Actually - that is a great idea.

I will vouch for NetBilling. I provide merchant s accounts for adult clients and have set up many merchants in the past (and present) using NetBilling as they gateway. They have exceptional tools to keep your chargebacks down and keep you in business for a long time.

Also, it is fact that CSI is backing out of the adult business along with many others. Humboldt Merchant Services is still accepting established adult businesses though.

If you have been in the business for at least a year and currently process $100K a month - let me know. I can help. HMS is not a reseller or ISO - we are owned by the bank! Much less chance of us getting out of the adult business than ISOs.....

Let me kow if I can help...

This is a bit out of context in this discussion, is it not?

We have many satisfied merchants with Humboldt (HBMS). They have always been a very fair bank. They did not take adult account for awhile but have been again for some time now.
