Why do they block out GOD in GOD DAMN, but not Damn?

Why on the radio, certain stations can't say GOD as well, but on a classic rock station Pink Floyd can say "BULLSHIT" in the song Money?

I think in American History X when it was on USA they said ****** a couple hundred times as well..
