The job is quite simple in the beginning and a older person who has a lot of experience in the adult , could get bored a bit.

Anyway, been there, done that. But... it's a great opportunity for a starting webmaster... i learned a lot there. Great company with a great rep. And of course, the team is the coolest. The person that hired those two did a kick ass job, LOL :)
