I'd agree, you seem to be looking for freelancers rather than outsourcing.

I once went down exactly the same route as you're doing trying to save a few pennies. The guys I took on apparently had the skills I were looking for, but it turned out that they lacked responsibility and as freelancers could not be held accountable for the work they did.

A true outsourcing solution will give you quality work with the piece of mind that those working for you have responsibilty and can be accountable for their work.

As freelancers, they'll take what you give them but when shit hits the fan it will be YOU who will be left to pick up the pieces and will ending up costing, or losing you more money than you tried to save.

I have more recently used xxxoutsourcing for numerous things, from freesites, tgp submissions, members support, updates and an host of other bits and pieces and I have never been left holding the baby. You get what you pay for, don't be surprised when you get fucked over, because you will. It'll only be a matter of time.

They only pay $200 a month to these guys and charge $800 a month ?

former AOS guys who got sick of the 200 bucks and other guys from asia, russia,... who all do exactly what i want for months now
on time
quality work and never any problems... i cannot lose in any way
