This is quite an entertaining police chase video. I am not sure why he was driving so slow but I am sure I'd never be able to recover from those spins like he did.

That chase happened last week and came to an end about 10 miles away from my house and about 2 miles from my shop.
Drove by the overpass he slid down and you could see the skidmarks all over the place and the stop sign and grass at the bottom of the hill were all messed up still.
