May 15 I think is the end of season for stone crabs... Hahahah NoA! I don't have the other kind of crabs...

SO... last night I had to go to Joe's Stone Crabs in south beach to get my crab fix on... the claws were so big that 2 jumbo claws filled me up... I was almost embarrassed that I only could eat 2 of them suckers...

I feel bad for the ppl that are allergic to shell fish because they are so missing out on "some kind of wonderful" !

I don't know about you, but I run into so many ppl here in Fla that don't like seafood...what's the deal? They are Floridians, right?

seafood is the best... but yes, i have a lot of friends that do not like seafood... i think its becuase maybe first time bad experience syndrome...

if you like hole in the wall places and like awesome sushi... go to sushi toi in fort lauderdale...

dont think i've ever seen a stone crab.. just alaskan king crabs and dungenese crabs... and those little blue crabs that live in the trees in Panama

Those shells are about 1/4 inch thick so forget about cracking them with your hands or even a fork. I have a scar on my thumb (3 stitches) that proves my point.

I had a fuckin' nervous breakdown and shaved every bit of hair on my entire body and used special soap/shampoo for like 10 hours straight.. I was seriously going psychotic in the shower all day, you arent supposed to let it sit on you for more than like 5 minutes but I was doing it all day screaming "DIE!!!!!!!!!!!!" (seriously, crabs make you go insane)

anyway, My entire body was 1 giant rash and it burned so bad, I had never been happier

There's a number of places around here that have all-you-can-eat snow crabs for around 9 bucks. One that's just a few dollars more also has stone crab claws. Good times :drinkup
