My Neighbors an asshole.
 

My next door neighbor has been a pain in the ass ever since I moved in. I live in a brand new neighborhood and we are putting up fences - all the neighbors on the street have agreed to go with this one contractor who is giving us a package deal. He does really good work and everyone is happy with the fences - now the invoices are going around and my neighbor says the fences are ugly and he doesn't want to pay - so the rest of us get stuck with his bill - How can I get this guy to pay or make his life a living hell - legally:feels-hot

The contractor wants to paint the words "Dead Beat" on the part of the fence that is facing his house - so when ever he has someone over they can see it.

my neighbors keep calling the cops on me for being too loud, but the cops tell us not to worry about it every time..

edit: why bother getting pissed about it? so the guy is a cheap asshole and doesn't want to pay for his fence. how much could it cost? $2k $4k ? the neighborhood can eat it and you guys will all have to shell out an extra hundred bucks - no big deal. Just tell him the next time he wants something done in the community that he has to buck up an assload extra.

Most states allow contractors to put liens on houses for non-payment. Just have the contractor threaten that fucker with a lien and he'll pay up. Cheap ass....

dude take fertilizer powder and trace the words ASSHOLE into his front lawn...he will have the words there for fucking months no matter how much he mows his grass...

Sounds pretty good and should work if you have the other neighbors' support from the agreement.

put the fence on the peoples property bordering and not on the line but in a couple inches

this way he can not touch the fence or do anything to it because its not on his property

I'd suggest a 6' solid cedar fence for those who border him
