Ok, Reformatted my Hard drive...
 

Had a virus, decided to wipe calen and start new, Its all done, I backed up every thing I needed Except..... My fucking Favorites which I just actually organized today... GOD DAMMIT! it blows

What virus protection do you use?..They can remove the virus without reformatting

this one wouldnt let go, little fucker, its ok though, I wanted to start fresh with a different setup for placing files after partitioning anyhow.

thought about that, but i felt like changing the partitioning. its all good now:thumbsup

modify your registry, or use tweakui, to change the location of your hahahahahahahahas and favourites to another drive, thats what i do so i can format my hahahahahahas drive and not lose anything

I hate having to reformat and reinstall.. takes days to get everything reinstalled, and copied back from backups.

one of my drives crashed last week, ive got 3 so I just hooked the one I wasnt using up, only problem is I also lost my favs and the comp wont boot if the crashed harddrive is hooked up :(

i hate reinstalling everything. such a pain in the ass. so much to download, install and register

my computer is pretty quick, I have a 120 gig hard drive and I had Killed it and had hahahahahahas back up and running in like 30 minutes, had all partitions formatted within an hour and a half.

Does anyone know how to make a different drive then C: your default for saving shit? so when you save something it automatically tries to go to D: or E:??

Virus sucks! I hate having to reformat my drive.

i love formatting, the task is tedious, but JESUS the performance is so nice afterwards....

I just hope everything's fine now with your drive.
