This is not a porn site. Simple design is a key to a customer satisfaction when it comes to dating services. Even nowdays not everybody is ".com" savy yet.

Also, those ARE 8 different dating services. They all look the same, but the customer base is different. I mean, what would be a reason to design them differently anyway?
