look at the menus and yes i know the site sucks http://www.fuelhealthfood.com |
all meat has protein
but better chicken and steak cuts would be top sirloin / flank steaks (even strips and filets are ok sometimes) chicken breast if you want a real good chocolate milk (only 2g carbs) try that carb cutters milk by a company called "hood". they use whey isolate in there... 13g of protein per serving |
Just drink a protien shake after you eat a meal
|
yeah, I am already drinking a protein shake or two a day... I would like some solid food for the other 3-4 meals / day

beans:thumbsup

After I have worked out I use whey proteins Twinlab Nitrofuel, its one of the best high quality proteins on the market(www.twinlab.com)
|
fish and loads of eggs ;)
milk is great, too! |
Chicken breast (toaster ovens are good)
Canned tuna (yuk) Eggs (scrambled, hard boiled) That about it for solid protein for me. If you spend too long cooking you'll never manage to consume enough calories to gain weight (if that's what your looking for). |
In the fareast countries they eat bugs, larvas, worms and scorpions. they are very high of protein!!! :repuke
|
I'm going out on a limb here but maybe Protein Powder and/or bars? They also have Protein chips and protein hahahahahahas now. Variety is the spice of life and there is no shortage in varieties of proteins out there.
|
Don't forget to take a shit before bed it will help your body process the protien if you aren't clogged:thumbsup

Protein Ice: (Fruit Punch Flavor) One bottle has 40gms of whey protein. I drink 2 a day. I just picked up a few cases from GNC yesterday---good stuff.
There is also Extreme Body by ABB with 50 gms per bottle but it tastes so nasty I gagged every time I drank it, so I do NOT recommend it. If you drink those with high protein meals like chicken, lean beef, etc you'll be good to go. My trainer told me that you have to take in "atleast" one gm of protein for each lb you weigh if you are trying to gain muscle mass or are on any type of work out program. :winkwink: |

BUT I have also heard the body cannot process more than 40-45 grams of protein at a time and that any more in one meal is wasted. I have heard this from several sources. |
Also, excess protein turns to glucose.
|
This is what I try to eat.
chicken turkey lean meats and beef fish (just about every fish is high in protein, anything from tuna fish, to salmon, to shrimp) egg whites |
I'm buying it. 5kg package. our body need ~3g x kg weight.
-> 80kg person needs daily ~240g protein (of course only if want to do some bb...) |
Fish has the highest protein in meats. Try eating scallops, those fuckers are loaded with protein - too bad they taste like horse urine.
