You don't HAVE to, but I would recommend it if you can easily. The new system is converting much better. With that said, any future promo you do for Angels of Porn, Stroke Jobs, Skin Vids, or Tony's Casting Couch should be done through the Skin Traffic system.

Stroke Jobs is actually doing pretty well with blowjob traffic even though it's a handjob oriented site. Keep that in mind when setting up new links.
