Malone gives L.A. an X-factor it lacked a year ago: a big-time shotmaker, passer and principal defender on Duncan. Malone for me is the new heart and soul of Lakers. Sure Kobe has proven himself to be a top notch caliber (aka Jordan) and a made lots of terrific game-winning shots this season. just sweet :winkwink:

the spurs never have a good winning percentage against the lakers in the regular season. but see, that's why it's all about the playoffs. it'll be one hell of a series but I'm seeing the spurs SWEEP the lakers :thumbsup

you can always count on Kobe( is all but unstoppable) if a game comes down to the wire

this one's going 7 games.. hopefully horry will miss a 3 late in the game and the lakeshow will be victorious.
