Sig was supposed to be brokered , so I dont know who didnt pay or whatever...all I know is that money isnt were its supposed to be and its May 1 , 2004 so no blame will be put till I get some more info

But let me tell you my thoughts.

I buy a design or services from you. I pay on time. I go out of my way to make sure. If i tell you , JFK i want to buy ads on your site for the month of May , well I make damb sure the money is in your hands before the campaign starts.

Big or small I really dont care, I have been fucked before with empty promises and such and so have others...... My word is as good as can be. I make you promise , I do what needs to get done to get it done. I dont make excuses especially when there is money involved.

I'm sure you'll get paid Juicy. And Top Bucks makes out like a bandit in this thread because of all the publicity.

On further note, don't sell your sig to a company that you don't trust enough to pay you. One reason, it's covering your ass from non-payment issues. Second reason, you shouldn't be endorsing a program you don't believe in.

I'll mention what I icq'd you earlier. Although I was not the one to make the deal with you so I do not know the specific terms, TopBucks fulfills all of it's deals. We would never make a deal to buy your sig & not pay you for it. From my understanding all sig payments via paypal/epassporte were to be going through this Tuesday.

I apologize if our staff was unclear about when payments were to be made to you, but ensure you that ripping you off would be the last thing TopBucks would want to do. We have a good reputation and not paying up on a sig ad would not be worth ruining our rep for.

Anyways if anyone is to blame its myself. Unfortunately in this biz someones "word" has as much maening as a pile of shit on the sidewalk. My fault for not talking a deposit on it. I guess its a learning lesson for me and any future dealings in this type of deal...
