No shit people are trying to sell me opt. Email lists of webmasters and affilated programs for ccbills and ibills.

Is this full of shit or really possible..

I highly doubt that he really has lists that are legit, but the whole thing stinks. People that are pushy salespeople (especially unsolicited on icq) psis me off.

CCbill list are mostly mixed lists from diffrent paysite owner who sell their emails at a daily basis. Alot of programs sell their fresh mails at like 10 cents/mail. After a few months those mails start apearing on spammers lists and some time longer they appear on thos 5 mill processor lists...
