yeah, wait till they see what europe really is going to be. They all believe it's all going to better now. Just wait till they see the disadvantages or start using the Euro and see how prices go up and up and up.

Productivity i in each of those countries is much lower than the EU average so it will not be that dramatically. Don't forget that the market has increased today.

Well the new countries will most likely be happy because they get a big bucket of money from the old nations. But when the party turns into hard work I bet Poland and the rest will bitch like hell. I'm all for the new countries... if they don't start acting like kids.

For example : Slovenia will be a net contributor to the EU.

Most foreigners have no idea what the Czech Replubic is like.

I have visited the country several times and it has all the modern facilities you can find in "richer" countries.

It is definitely NOT a backward country.
