to make a j a v a s c r i p t load on exit you need to do a onUnload="modeless(url,width,height);" that goes in the < body > tag :)

you have to put a code in the < body > tag

< body onunload="modelesswin()" >

If it is loading on entrance it sounds like you did a onload instead.

if u look at the screenshot of the code snippet... the pop-up will always load.

in it the function [] is defined.. but then afterwards it's immediately called.. so if u have this snippet up top of ur page.. it'll always load ... whether or not u have the "onload" or not.

try removing the last line before the closing [/script] tag.. if that's not it.. then maybe something else.. =/

also, why it loads w/o any ads.. hmmm... not sure
