Cops do suck. They're worse than the welfare recipients people always complain about. In any given town a good part of the force never sees any real action on an average day. They just sit around in speed traps or drive around looking for suspicious high school kids. If they'd take those cops getting paid to do nothing but pull people over and give kids a hard time about smoking a joint and put them on the job going after coke smugglers and big crime syndicates we might not have this many problems.
