Whats the lowest per gig hosting rate
 

Just wondering how low some hosting companies go. I might burn 500gigs monthly and need to see whats there

Webair has a virtual plan that goes down to 6 cent a gig. Beat that.

They are people who RENT a dedicated server, stick it in a datacenter halfway around the USA and call it their own.

When you "Buy" a server dedicated from them they are NOT really selling you a dedicated server, they are selling you a dedicated server for $250 or so OVER what the data center sells it to them for.

liquidmoe - your site says you just relocated your datacenter... man... that must have been some chore! I couldn't imagine doing that! Way too much to move :thumbsup

How long did it take you? I imagine one would have to buy a ton of servers, set them all up, after the fiber to the backbones was installed, switches, routers, etc... transfer all your data, then close down the old shop...

Hats off to you - I bet you took a solid vacation afterwords!
