a girl changes her scenes from tuesday to thursday... then doesn't return 3 messages today to confirm and obviously doesn't show up

i have decided to cut her off from any more work... what would you do? give her a second chance? or move on and never shoot her again?

since this kinda shit happens at least once a week with the girls, how do you feel about this?

Send her an invoice for studio time, photographer's hourly rate, and the hourly rate of any other talent she made to wait. Legally it's enforceable, and she might get a fucking clue. Afterwards, give her the chance to work the cost off.

Sounds like a great idea theoretically but how the hell would sending someone a bill that they didn't agree to beforehand be legally enforceable? That's silly. Flaking is just part of the cost of doing business.
