Selling domains tips?
 

I'm considering selling a couple of domains. What are the guidelines such as how much to charge and how is this calculated? Anything I should keep in mind as a first time domain seller?

Just because a few people are doing it does not mean over night success.

Some people just been hopping on some decent domains lately is all.

Nah, the domains ain't one word domains or anything - one is getting traffic and submits, the others I haven't developed due to time limits.

Just curious how you determain a price, if there's a formula of some sort...

I have domains laying around that I wanted to sell - not trying to jump any bandwaggons. If you have any advice please post it. Otherwise, don't assume things ;)
