Gabriel said the boy has not been allowed to return to classes pending a May 13 hearing by the district. The family had believed the suspension would be for 10 days, he said.

School district officials declined to comment Thursday.

Ingestion of even a morsel of peanut can cause people who are allergic to suffer severe reactions, from throat irritation to death. Gabriel said the teacher was not exposed to the hahahahahahas and had no reaction.

A friends 13 year old daughter was being harassed by a kid at school He was grabbing her ass and also her pussy. Always over the clothes, but that is a bunch of shit. She told the teacher in her class and then ended up telling the dean. No one did anything. She finally got fed up with it and took a knife and hid it at a house across the street. Someone saw her, and the cop at the school arrested her for taking a knif on school grounds. ??? WTF???

When her mom found out, she wanted to press charges against the boy, and she was told no by the state.

This is a really fucked place to live.

I know the little girl, and she is very quiet and still freaked over that fact that her tits are growing.

I really dont think that she did anything to provoke it.

I was getting beat up everyday in middle school until I started hanging with the metal crowd. It was all the little preppie girls who didnt like me because I was smart. When I finally fought back I got suspended for a week.

Its been going on for ages. Kids who are fairly innocent getting pushed around by the school system.

I got suspended from school every month. Get over it.

A kid in my son's class has that peanut butter allergy. The principle sent a heavy duty letter to all the parents at the beginning of the school year saying parents would be held liable if we put peanut butter food products in the kid's lunch boxes and they gave it to the allergic kid.
