Arab traffic

Does anyone have good experiences with buying Arab traffic ?

I'm looking for a good (webcam) sponsor that hasn't blocked arab countries.

Some people say that rich oil guys spend 2k$ on a given day on the web ? :)

Arabic traff (UAE) can be very productive

I don?t believe that they trust to Americans. They are very productive, but still hard to find :(
