I wasn't cut as a child and now I have psoriasis (NOT an STD. Dry skin), which could/probably is caused by this.

One solution is cutting away the affected skin.

Is getting circumcised as an adult something I should really worry about???

well i've known males well into their 40's to have the operation for pure physical satisfaction but yeah its gonna hurt. just like any surgery would.

If it makes you feel any better, my grandfather had to get circumcised a few years ago, in his late 60's, because of constant bladder infections. They put him to sleep and all that jazz. Apparently it wasn't that bad, because he was up and about the next day like everything was fine.

ask a doctor about the process, ask about if they will put you under sleep/pain numb.

alot of people heer are jerks and are telling you its going to hurt just to scare the shit out of you. Ask a doctor on how they go about doing it, do it over the phone if you feel more confortable that way.

i remember my friends getting circumcised when they were like 18 and they said it hurt like S-H-I-T!!! they couldn't walk around for a week i think. it may vary though.
