So far I filter about 300 spams a day and have only had 2 emails blocked in the last month with option 2.

I might go option 1 though I have heard it's good..

They'll just remove your name and then sell it to 5 other companies who will each sell it to 5 other companies and so on and you'll end up with alot more spam. With my last e-mail address I signed up for ONE lone opt-in list that claimed they wouldn't sell or transfer my address and suddenly I was geting 150 spams a day from 140 different companies. I had to abandon the address and get a new one. :mad:

All you can do really is get a good spam filter. It'll take care of
most of the spam but some of these scumbags have figured out ways to get around the filter. I wish we could push a button and kill them all but for now - looks like they are here to stay. Look around - a lot of your friends here are in the spam business. Bottom line - your fighting a losing battle - just like me.

Safe means exactly that I have had 2 emails from a Turkish customer get blocked out of about 5-6000 emails blocked this month.

I recomend it highly but use the lowest filterting option to be as safe as what I get with it.

I block all emails that don't go to specific email addresses using the rules in outlook. only 3 good emails in 100 but oh well. better than pressing delete yourself.
