epochsystems and paycom.net are the same company. www.epochsystems.com
the other two "big guys" are www.ccbill.com and www.ibill.com
If you use anyone else, you are taking a lot more risks. People seem to like www.netbilling.com if you have your own merchant account. Several small-medium sized billing companies have disappeared in the past year, watch out that you don't lose all your future rebills and money owed.

Verotel is the only no set up fee prosessor that has been around around a long time... But I have heard some bad things here at GFY on them...
