CCbill sucks!!!

I have used them for 3 years and have been very happy with them until a month ago. This last week has sucked and you can't get an honest answer out of them. If they are having problems I would rather they just admit it.

Oracle Porn 04-27-2004 07:19 PM

welcome to 2 months ago.

btw...this week and last week sucked balls all over.

twistyneck 04-27-2004 07:24 PM

CCBill is great. :thumbsup

DreamCumTrue 04-27-2004 07:24 PM

I dont have problems with them because I dont use them.

Ic3m4nZ 04-27-2004 07:26 PM

They're still better than Verotel!

Have you had any CB's with them lately? Or has it been the same rate as usual? I know they turn the Scrub way up after some CB's, no matter what they say.

Jjimmy 04-27-2004 07:43 PM

I have not had a cb for 2 months and my overall cb rate is .1

With stats like those, you are obviously being lumped in with their "overall" scheme to get under certain limits and avoid fines, and the only way to do that is to turn up the scrub, and reject more cardholders that may be legitimate, but they consider higher risk. Its shit like this that makes me question whether any IPSP's will be around 5 years from now.

Are you trying to tell us you DO NOT adjust the scrub after a client gets CB's? Who are you trying to kid? If you didn't, you'd be out of business.........everyone has to make adjustments on the fly. Are you trying to tell us you don't?

tonkagunner 04-27-2004 10:55 PM

They also censor affiliate pages for certain keywords and block signups for those pages.

any adjustments made will affect chargebacks that may come many months later?much longer than you would like

other than the basic scrub that stays consistent, for the most part, and takes out the obvious fraud, it is my firm belief that intricacies within each individual site/program greatly contribute to any potential cb/refund/risk issues they might have

you are saying that like it is a bad thing

CCBill is a great processor. Despite it's scrubs that seem to hit every 2-3 weeks despite my serious lack of CB's, I have nothing but praise for them. They have the most "together" billing program out on the market as of late, and they're always fair with their decisions.

I must also commend their business practices. No matter how many shots people take at them, they never come back with vicious remarks. They all all gracious, and always willing to help any and all webmasters. :thumbsup

ccbill has been good to me.
have there been glitches, yes, nothing serious.Very minor ones that arn't even worth mentioning. i don't think there's a company out there that can say they've never had a glitch. they don't happen often and when they do they get fixed REALLY fast so all I can say is from my experience CCBill is a good company and WORTH doing business with.

johnbosh 04-27-2004 11:48 PM

lol

NiTe-HaWk 04-27-2004 11:49 PM

I love ccbill too :) no shaving cheaters that way

joshuawk 04-27-2004 11:51 PM

Anyone who gets denied should be?

All my credit cards work on CCBILL Sites cuz im not a fucking
freak.

I've even joined sites and cancelled.
I can join any ccbill sites with my cards.

People get scrubbed cuz they're pieces of shit.

Although I would like to see LESS denials. Why do all my cards
work fine at ccbill sites? Maybe cuz im not fucking ghetto.

#1. I'm far from a freak. I've tried to join 1 site on CCBill using my Visa, and it was denied. I was cascaded to another processor and it went through without any problems.

#2. I get scrubbed because other people are pieces of shit. I send hundreds of sales to CCBill each month, and I've had 3 chargebacks all YEAR. That's an incredible percentage, yet they need to scrub because some webmasters refuse to do things the correct way. It's not unheard of that some people get punished due to the actions of others. I'm not upset about it though. If this company wasn't around, I'd be dealing with some other processor that'd have 1/2 of the features.

#3. You seem pretty fucking ignorant and a little green to be honest with you. Your lack of intelligence is apparent in your vocabulary and in your assumptions. There are certain things that need to be done for companies to survive. Just because a person gets caught in a scrub doesn't mean they are "ghetto". Use your head.

spooky181 04-28-2004 04:35 AM

I can't join a site using Scrubbill, and I'm no freak.

gazool 04-28-2004 05:23 AM

Indeed...

CCBILL has totally sucked lately.
Started around one month ago...

One of the things I'm experiencing is, totally long response times whrn linking to their sign up forms...

The customer will not buy anything, because he thinks that it will be this slow in the members area as well!

That is just one thing...

:warning

okdesign 04-28-2004 05:23 AM

I am very happy with ccbill :thumbsup

Major (Tom) 04-28-2004 06:00 AM

You are crazy if you rely on any one biller. Any sign of shit from ccbill it gets bounced to #3. Simple as that. One denial and you're done. Thats why I have 3 billers.
However, each biller has it's ups and downs. One day I Bill is totally awesome and the next day ccbill is. You just cant be afraid to switch them at first sign of trouble. You cant have all your members in one basket anyway.
cheers
ds

EscortBiz 04-28-2004 06:06 AM

ccbill is a solid as can be

joshuawk 05-02-2004 07:59 PM

ShermStack come on now.
Just seen your reply now.

I'm expressing my own frustration with ccbill. I'm having like
80% denials.

The thing is this though. It really is because they're ghetto.
Maybe they got through before. Now they can't.

You think anyone with real money or not some fucked up credit
card doesn't have alternate cards, etc?

I'm saying me as a consumer. I would never get denied by ccbill.
If I did I would take out another card and use that.

If that didn't work I would call and make it work.
In the long run I'd rather have them process these broke idiots.

The CCBILL denial situation does suck.
Also I wasn't calling you a freak, but a surfer who can't figure out
how to buy something.

I am also assuming quite a bit because I sell 90% of my traffic
and don't really care.

It really would be fucked up if CCBILL is DENYING people like KRL and RICK LATONA when they try and buy a porn membership.

My guess is since THEY are not ghetto, they would take out another card and join just fine.

I'm just saying I wish these broke surfers had backup credit cards and weren't such fucking LOSERS...

For all I know though CCBILL is denying all kinds of ppl..
\
fuck if I know I dont run paysites

:)

Illicit 05-02-2004 08:03 PM

I dunno... I had a Hun listing the other day that had 105k people the first day, 1600 clicks were counted by ccbill, not one sign up... wtf... :(

I did get 1 sign up the second day but damn that just sucked...

riosluts 05-02-2004 08:20 PM

yeah i had such a terrbile week with them. hopefully this week will be much better. if not im switching providers and sponsors

EviLGuY 05-02-2004 08:26 PM

Everyone has problems from time to time.. I dont go changing out links at the first sign of problems. If I did that I'd never get any real work done.

Build it and forget it is my motto.
