VISA Approval - CCBill vs. Epoch
 

Does anyone know why it takes CCBill only a couple days to get new sites approved by VISA, yet it takes Epoch 3-4 weeks + to get new sites approved?

I don't understand what takes Epoch so long to do this, I've been waiting almost a month to get my new sites approved through them... same with a bunch of other people i've talked with...

I would love to know this as well. Seems like Epoch is dropping the ball somewhere?

Works like this...

Epoch waits for VISA and only VISA to approve the site 100% before they set it up.

CCbill sends your site to VISA but they go over it with a fine tooth comb and allow it to go online. That is why in the CCBill admin area it has VISA status codes.

I don't know why they do it differently.
