I got contacted by the owner of http://www.facialforums.com today and he wanted to trade links.

I asked him what the forum was about (it got almost 4000 members btw).

He said people shared pictures and movies in that forum.

I told him that he was stealing the content and making money of someones work and he did not have the right to do so.

He claimed all the people in there where affiliates and owners of the sites.

He also claimed it was ok to post other peoples work as long as they are watermarked. (We all know this is not true ofcourse)

But after browsing the forum a little I saw at least stolen content from a few of the big sites and without the watermark on them.

He also make money from people posting stolen content by having a "member area" who people have to pay for to get access to.

I have not access the member area because I dont feel like supporting him.

And after I told him I will ask the owners from COHF if they think it is ok to use their content this way he blocked my ip for access to the server and did not get back to me :)

So I used a proxy to enter his site after this.

So if you have a oral/cumshot sponsor you might wanna check into this site and make sure this baztard are not stealing your stuff and making money from it.

well the idea is there it's just not done as well.

I don't mind people using an image or 2 if the watermark is in tact, it always helps promote the site they took the images from.

Once you start mentioning members areas, now that is a different story. Someone needs to catch him using their shit and then take action. But now the question is... what action? All you can do is send a C&D letter first. If they DON'T remove the content, then take it further. BUT... no matter what you do, they can always change their domain and/or host and start the same shit up again. It's a never ending battle.
