Getting webmasters to submit to a TGP
 

What is the best way to get webmasters to submit to a new TGP? Getting the surfers there isnt as hard ;-)

Any advice would be great, also start submitting your galleries to my TGP while its not full of bad links and bullshit.

trade submit page links :thumbsup

Allow non-recip galleries.
Have some webmaster friendly submit rules.
Post on the "trades/galleries wanted" sections of as many boards that you can find.
Ask for submit page link trades with some of your trade partners.

No recips required, webmaster friendly, in fact its for the webmasters, i doubt i'll make much money on the site at all, but i wanted to finish the script i started ;P

yep... and use a good filter and black list or you'll get bombed with cheater galleries

I get spammed all the time by people who want me to submit galleries- I don't mind it at all. I'll submit a gallery to them and if I get more than 50 hits, I'll add them to the permanent list.
I realize that this wouldn't work with all the jerks out there who are anally hyper-sensitive about getting any spam at all.
You know the ones - they list "Getting too much spam" as their #1 problem in life.
But you know what they say if they can't take a joke...

if you build the traffic, they will come.

not every cheater can afford the most expensive (around 160usd), but best submitter, chameleon submitter. i used to get submission from it.

Fix your site first... then you might get some quality submitters..
