What's your mindset to improve yourself and your business?
 

I'm going to give myself 1 year to get my life straightened/figured out, my beliefs and start to follow and practice them more strictly.

It will mainly be health through eating properly and fitness training, and then learn to be patient. I've realized my anxiety comes from being impatient.

I have always been concious and wanting to set myself into a healthier state though I've only recently discovered that my impatience was the bad seed.

That's my 21st birthday resolution which is tomorrow. So happy birthday to me - it's going to be a great day and a great year. :)
