Gee, in Canada, it is perfectly legal for a woman to be topless in a public place, as long as it is not a sexual display.

The Gwen Jacobs case reached the Supreme Court of Ontario, so it is legally binding in Ontario, only.

But it is a decision that will almost certainly be respected all over the country.
