I heard that depending on your skin type, it can either disapear forever, or just grow like crazy after...its a risk, and they won't tell you. Plus its not something you do only once, you need to go there couple of times.

I heard it doesn't always work. Having hair bump problems in the genital area isn't something you wanna risk. :2 cents:

I would love to get laser removal for my pubic hair... while I'm at it my legs and armpits too. Shaving in a pain. Now all I need is a sugar daddy to pay for it all.

had a model last weekend who did that. she said it will need at least 3 sessions and will last minimum 10 years. looked nice and clean, but what if you need some hair for certain kind of pictures? wear a wig? :helpme

I figure I'll get it all taken off down below, save for a middle patch on top. That part is the easy one to deal with if I wanna keep it, or shave it :)

I looked into this myself. The idea is, your hair cycles, e.g. it grows out of one follicle while another one hybernates and then, they switch. That's why you need to do more than one session.

If you have dark hair and light skin, which is quite normal in pubes, it shouldn't be a problem. The laser aims itself at the dark hair, that's why it's a problem for blondies.

The procedure costs a good bunch. I was looking to remove my pubes but rather to remove some facilal hair and I was quoted $400 per session.

I've never tried it personally but I don't really fancy the idea. I'm pretty sure it's not permanent though. I think it grows back, just takes a while.
