when you give your credit card info to someone for a site, aren't you bound to a confidentiality type of agreement with their info?

i mean, posting their names and addresses on a public site...?

not sure about legality, but ive seen other sites over the years do that also.

Sharing personal info is illegal unless it was OKed by the person who the info belongs too.
