Week one Diet update
 
I started at 171lbsI cutt out all sodas and cut out 100% fast food.

I now clock in at 164lbs

And my blood preasure has reduced a shit load..

From 110/170 Super high (when I was in the ER) to 57/127

I am drinking nothing but water/poweraid And eating soups salads, and subway

In the ER? Damn dood - that's a very high blood pressure for someone at only 170 pounds....how tall? I know people at 200 pounds (6 feet tall or so) that pound back the fast food and soda and still have 120 over 80 BP.

I would say dont eat subway too much, I had to eat it for about 8 months to one year while working before and I think afterwards my digestive system got entirely fuckt up.

Eating healthy sandwiches is good, but spend a few extra bucks and goto a place that has actually fresh food, and fresh ingredients.

Otherwise good shit :thumbsup

I am 5'9 My blood preasure was high because I punched a wall and cracked my hand "boxer fract"

I was in pain thats why it was so high.

Way to go, I was on a diet for about 1 -1/2 months
lost about 20 LBS but blood pressure didnt drop to much still at 110/175 but I got back on the blood pressure pills and that dropped that down to 80/140
