Week one Diet update
I started at 171lbsI cutt out all sodas and cut out 100% fast food.
I now clock in at 164lbs And my blood preasure has reduced a shit load.. From 110/170 Super high (when I was in the ER) to 57/127 I am drinking nothing but water/poweraid And eating soups salads, and subway :thumbsup |

I would say dont eat subway too much, I had to eat it for about 8 months to one year while working before and I think afterwards my digestive system got entirely fuckt up.
Eating healthy sandwiches is good, but spend a few extra bucks and goto a place that has actually fresh food, and fresh ingredients. Otherwise good shit :thumbsup |
That's awesome!! How much weight are you looking to lose? Or, are you just trying to eat healthier?
