Do us all a favor and stop changing the links to your customer support pages. It seems like I'm updating my links to the cancel account and retrieve password pages on a monthly basis these days.

just make a static page essentially telling them to either email you or phone ccbill (with their 800# in a large font-lol) and link to it from all your sites.

I second that request big time !!
