split ccbill fees with affiliates?

just signed up with ccbill and figuring out how this thing works. one option is whether we want to split the ccbill fees with the affiliates. is it common to split these fees?

depends on your payout %

with ccbill we split the fees with affiliates like most do. When we got our new system up last week we realized that there is no option in this interface to split the fees for epoch and ccbill..so we just have to eat it..good for you guys..not so good for us..but oh well

powerbubba 04-25-2004 06:53 PM

ok, so most sites you believe split fees....?

when u say 50. it better be 50 net.

when u say 60.. maybe u can dance the processing fee to us.

to split or not to split, that is the question.....

whatever you decide i would make it known to your affiliates and prospective affiliates and state your payout% accordingly.

soo many are not and it cause alot of confusion for some

for example: a 60% revshare that splits fees is really a 53% revshare (based on a 14% processing fee)

we pay a true 50% of the gross sale and pay all the ccbill fees

peace,
BV

That is why I prefer programs that do not take out the fees or that use their own merchant account and split the 8% instead of 14 or 15%.

Yeah it sucks as you lose the 50% then they take 14% out of that. $17.20 is the take on a $40.00 sign up. Pretty hard to get all pumped for that.
