"HOUSTON -- Houston Rockets owner Les Alexander said he believes the NBA should suspend Los Angeles Lakers forward Karl Malone for his physical play.

Alexander, whose Rockets play the Lakers on Sunday in Game 4 of the playoff series in Houston, told Houston television station KRIV-TV he complained to referees after Malone pushed Cuttino Mobley after a play in Los Angeles.

Alexander said he also complained about a hard foul against Yao Ming in the Rockets' 102-91 win Friday night in Houston.

Friday night's incident came during the fourth quarter when Malone put a forearm into Yao's back and sent him to the floor. Malone got called for a foul, but Alexander said that's not enough.

"The way he pushes people around is just wrong," Alexander said. "It's not good for the sport. It's not good for the league."

Malone, who shrugged off the comments, said Alexander needs to stay an owner and let him be a player.

"I wouldn't even know what he looks like," Malone said."

Karl Malone scored a game-high 30 points and grabbed 13 rebounds to lead the Lakers to a 92-88 Game 4 overtime win in Houston on Sunday. Kobe Bryant scored six of his 18 points in the extra session and Shaquille O'Neal added 17 points and 12 boards for L.A., which takes a commanding 3-1 lead heading into Game 5 on Wednesday

Hahaha I read that article this morning about Karl Malone -- I was laughing my ass of the whole game (Especially after that little skirmish) knowing the Rockets owner must have been going ape shit.
