I wear size 3 pants. 24-25 inch waist with 30-31 inch inseam.

Size 0 woman's size. They fit me fine around the waist but they are usually STILL too long for me on the bottom ( even if I wear them with wedge shoes or heels) so I still have to get them tailored to get the ends chopped off.

22 inch waist, no idea on the inseam (5'4'' tall in total).

The waist by length size can be misleading....
I have a 24 inch waist but I buy jeans in a 28 because I like my pants to hang below my belly button.
