unless you are weak vs time sinks... cuz this one is huge.

I played it for awhile since my friends said it was great.

I really enjoyed the quests/missions, but holy crap, once you got into the 30's you HAD to group, and the level spread for decent experience was only 3 levels, so it was impossible to get a group.

I had to stop playing my monk and become a white mage just so I could get a group....

I would recommend this game only if you have tons of time to spend looking for a group, since it will be mandatory and hard to come by - I didn't have that time, so I no longer play.

Oh yah, and don't get me started on how retarded the game interface is... frustrating to say the least.

The hour or more long patch before you can play (thats on a 3mbps cable connection), the terrible, and extremely long registration and login process (login gets REALLY tedious). The list goes on, I don't know how the Japs have stayed with it over a year.

My friends that still play say it's gotten even worse now that all the Playstation users are on.

If you are looking for a decent MMOG to play then just wait a few days and get City of Heroes.

lucky you..theres never anyone to party on my server and ima level 7 white mage..the monsters are toodamn hard to beat solo,so im stuck getting crystals all day :(

Exactly - it's awful trying to get a group, there's no one around... and once you get into the higher levels, you have to have a perfect cook-ie cutter class-combo or no groups will touch you.

The 3-level spread really kills the game, if they bumped it to 5-8 then maybe they'd have better retention.

Doesn't help that the Japs are fucking assholes either, won't group with any USA chars.

The game frustrates me, it has such great potential, but it's like they purposely made the game suck. :mad:

Damn, that's a massive game. Wonder when that one is coming out.
