Kill Bill 2 dissapionted me a little bit
 

sure it was a good movie but the first part was far better :2 cents:
saw it yesterday in local cinema

That's funny, because my opinion is just the opposite. I liked part 2 better.

part 2 was different than the first...
i kinda expected that from tarantino..
he would never make the second part look same as first...
they were excellent in their own different way..
part one was great the way the style, soundtrack, and action was done.
part two was amazing with the classic tarantino style dialoge, and some great cinematography - the filters/colors used alone were worth watching

i also thought vol 2 was better

but when you consider them both together as one movie, it is an amazing movie with all the different styles used etc..

I like both movies saw vol2 yesterday.... great!

see it as one movie where 1 is the revenge and 2 is the history and reach of her goal!

i low the fight between Elle and Kiddo:thumbsup

all over a VERY cool saga!

(you gotta love the feel of old samurai movies with tiger, krane technique etc. LOL)

You guys seem to forget that it wasn't even supposed to be cut into 2 parts.

You should see it as a whole movie. And that whole movie simply rocked.

Especially Part 2 :glugglug :1orglaugh

I agree... first there is realistic fight scenes... then all of a sudden this gay dancing around and 20 foot blood geisures

I thought both were awesome myself.

Non traditional for sure. Soundtrack was amazing, but I thought more so in the first movie. One of my favorite scenes is when Oren Ishii I and the Crazy 88's are walking into that club. This awesome intro theme plays for them, and they walk to the beat of it as they enter the club.

Once they are almost seated, the background music fades, and you hear what music was playing in the club, something totally different. I liked the way that worked.

I'm waiting for Helsing Killbill I will watch when I can buy both on DvD

I liked them both, but would have prefered there to be a few more fight scenes (with excessive gore) in vol 2.

I still have to see Part 2, maybe this weekend. :)

NO doubt . 1st one wasn't that much of a tarantino if you ask me ... There was the music / camera angles and shit but not the dialogues . The 2nd one ownnnnnnnned the first one ez

Kill Bill 2 wasn't crap, it was just different - it had more plot development and storyline than the original

plot development? ok, I agree, but it really didn't give you new or important information...and those parts were just too long and too boring.
storyline? Well the story is as thin as in part one. Don't tell me there is a big story. A woman trying to kill the head of a gang, by climbing and killing one by one up the ladder...

This movie is just uncomparable e.g. to Pulp Fiction. It's not even the same league...

I'm totally looking forward to seeing it.....Tarrantino always blows me away. :thumbsup

Rented part I last night and watched it - kicked ass.

Can't wait to see part II.
