Along this line of facts, there are some new visa regulations that would interest the adult industry greatly. It could be some GOOD news for once.

I always said that visa would herd high risk transactions into 3rd party processors and then let the banks put a bullet in them. But I'm not up on the 'Facts' this guy is claiming.

If anyone believes that ccbill or epoch has one bank that they
