Hey, ModelsGig personnel...wanna explain this?
A production manager contacted you wanting to book me, asking for my phone number. Two days later, they type in KaylaCam.com and find my email addy and email me. You had STILL not contacted them. We spoke, *I* gave them my phone number and they booked me...thru my website. You called them with my contact info a WEEK later AFTER I had shot for them. Now you are invoicing them for your 'services'...WHAT services?!
That is NOT right! You guys did NOT get to them in a timely manner, why did you bill them for doing nothing? |

certainly they are not planning on paying . . . you can't blame them for at least trying :1orglaugh
|
LOL... too funny! Maybe I should start sending out invoices for NOT washing people's cars or NOT cutting their hair. Maybe I could even bill them for NOT designing sites for them! Wow! The possibilities are endless! I really think they're on to something :1orglaugh

Limelight productions

Why would it take a week to reply to an e-mail? Do they get 1,000 e-mails a day and only have one employee or what?
|
Thank god I didn't choose "modelgig" for my user name here:helpme :Graucho

My email to them:
There seems to have been an error in your accounting department. MultiMedia Productions contacted your website asking for my phone number to book me. After 2 or 3 days of not hearing from you, they contacted me directly through my website. I booked a scene with them on Wednesday Apr 14 to be shot on Tuesday Apr 20. From the set on the 20th, I called Eric asking why he had not passed along my contact information to MultiMedia. He later called them that day with my phone number. I spoke with Eric today, Apr 23, and he asked if I had shot with them. I confirmed that I had but that I was disappointed that they had not gotten my contact information from ModelGig in a timely manner and that they had contacted me directly through my website. After our conversation, Eric invoiced them for your 'services'. Since *I* had booked this through my website and ModelGig had provided them with my contacted information *AFTER* I had shot for them, why were they invoiced? What service was provided? I am hoping this was done purely by accident, as I would hate to think that your business practices are that questionable. How do we correct this error? I thank you for your help in this matter.
