Better way to find coders that are good would be ask for SQL +
XML + OS Type and see what options come up.

That's a pretty average looking site.

I'd start at http://www.hotscripts.com/PHP/Script...ies/index.html and find something that's close to what you want. Then hire someone to mod it.

You still haven't said what OS mate.

CF kinda suggests you might be using wi-ndows. Which I'm sure
is keeping the best and brightest away from this thread.
