Who's Got The Best Server Traffic Stats

Looking to upgrade the site stats we have now to somthing more detailed and accurate. (500+ urls)

What are you guys using?.. We have tried Urchin and AW Stats.

It's a shame they don't do MK Stats anymore.

Urchin is ok.
