What's a good handheld web surfing/ email device to buy?
 

I don't want to lug my laptop to Amsterdam.
What's a good hand held device that I can surf the web, check email, and that can run ICQ?

once used a Ipaq 5555, ran Internet Explorer and Email, dont know about ICQ
