Am I allowed to name a webaster that signs up to one of my sites, and then charges back ! wtf ...

yeah... what an idiot.

so anyway, this guy has charged back, this is the email address for someone who should know better ,.... I'm horrified that a webmaster could do this. If there was a problem wouldn't you think they'd email and ask for a refund, or maybe even a free access before signing up....

Not the right thing to do, if he sent business then you owe him. Most you can do is to stop the charge back fine out of his money and that's not ethical.

OK so he's an idiot, but no excuse for you to be one to.

Ask him why and if the ezplanation does not satisfy can him, but pay him what you owe him.
