And yes, the sites can accept submissions, partner submissions, and partner applications. I don't have the time to review submissions every day so I don't have any submit forms up but again, the scripts powering the sites can accept submissions. I guess I should have mentioned that. Everyone who has contacted me today has asked the same question.

Are these just finished TGP's or are they getting traffic yet?

They are all fairly new. I haven't done much in the way of traffic trading or anything. They all have a little traffic but not enough to consider in the asking price.
