I am about to join www.nexusxi.com processor. Are they serious ? Anybody use them ?

I found www.nexusxi.com and I plan to use them for processing the CC orders trough my content brokerage site . Anyone use them ? Are they serious or not ?
Please post your personal experience with them.

I have not direct experience with them, the domain has been registered 07-mar-2002

What I want to know is if they allways pay on time and if there is any downside working with them.
I have searched for long time a convenient processor for my brokerage system, and they seem more than perfect.. That's why I want to make sure there is no downside before signing with them.
