how do you find them? is there an agency or some type of method you use to find the girls to hire? I have a few now.. but I am needing more .. and looking for more ways to find them.. or have them find me. thanks!

And I NEVER work with strippers. I did that a little back in the day and it was always a mess. It's best to find girls that are thankful for the money you are giving them and not some bitch that can make what your going to pay her in 2 hours.... doing less.
