I'm having 2x 30 ounces PortherHouse Steaks and a 14 ounce Bone FileMignon with some PortoBello Mushrooms and Tomatoes/Salad and Integrale bread and 2x Cheateu Clarke Domaine de Rothschild 1999

taco salad, battered shrimp, curly fries and highlander fishsticks plus a glass of milk. ok,ok, i dont' have that often but every month or two i get a craving for fishsticks.....

yesterday was better - samon filets stuffed with a crab filling with steamed brocili with melted chese and sliced yams and potatos fried so their crisp with a spinich fruit salad that had a yogart dressing with the usual glass of milk and a glass of orange tangerine pure real juice.

Boy, I could go for a nice thick medium rare ribeye right now. I love ribeye because they're so juicy and I love it when the fat gets nice and brown and crisp. Mmmm.

I can just imagine the great steakhouses in the Prairies with Alberta Beef... Beleive or not, in MTL all we can get is Black Angus Prime Beef from Colorado or Canadian Prime Beef from Ontario, I have yet to find a restaurant serving anything better then Alberta AAA grade around here

Medium Rare is about 12 minutes cooking at that size, I lleave mine an extra 90 seconds each side so it is pinkier.

The rice was good... the steak is pretty good too....
its probebly the best meal you can get for $18 around here.

Twice a week is enough for me, I eat fish/sea food 2-3 times a week and pasta 2 other times. Mixed with nice salads for variety and healtyness
